Meet The Executive Director
Nze Agu Uzor (Nze Obi) is a graduate of Of Guidance and counseling from University of Nigeria Nsukka, a Masters in Sociology of Education from University of Port Harcourt Rivers State and presently pursuing a PhD in Sociology of Education at Ignatius Ajuru University of Education Port Harcourt Rivers State Nigeria.
THASEF is a Vision Initiated following his commitment to ensure a clean and serene environment which has been his lifestyle right from teenage days.
In 2018 he established the first cleaning service business organization and carried out the business of cleaning and laundry services and gradually the concept of mobilizing like mind came up in 2022 when the organization called Association Of Imo State Laundry and Dry cleaning Service cooperative society which later metamorphosed into what is today known as The Healthy And Sanitized Environment Foundation and has a physical in twenty eight States of Nigeria Including Imo, Abia, FCT, Rivers, Plateau, Kano, Lagos e.t.c with over 750 dedicated members.
As the society battles the issue of Climate change it becomes important that there should be a holistic appraise on how best to tackle it collectively as a global issue.
THASEF as an Idea kicked off it’s activities in 2022 and was registered as a foundation by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). It is our hope that in the next one decade through smart work, persistence and dedication THASEF will emerge as a vital organ in the environmental sector globally with every household being an active volunteer.
